Dear Dental Family,

We hope this letter finds you and your family in good health. Our community has been through a lot over the last few months, and all of us are looking forward to resuming our normal habits and routines which is why we are excited to announce, we are now appointing routine procedures which include exams, cleanings, and treatment. While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to your safety.

Our office has always followed infection control recommendations made by The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) which are agencies that the American Dental Association (ADA) requires. We follow the activities of these agencies so that we are up-to-date on any new rulings or guidance that may be issued. We do this to make sure that our infection control procedures are current and adhere to each agency’s recommendations.

You may see some changes when it is time for your next appointment. We made these changes to help protect our patients and staff. For example:

New safety measures include:

Entry Screening –. Our office will communicate with you beforehand to ask some screening questions. You’ll be asked those same questions again when you are in the office along with getting a temperature check.

Express Check-in from Your Car We’re reducing time in the waiting room, with new check-in procedures from your car. Once you have arrived, please call the office and we will begin check-in then. We have hand sanitizer that we will ask you to use when you enter the office. We will do our best to allow greater time between patients to reduce waiting times for you, as well as to reduce the number of patients in the reception area at any one time.

Virtual Express Checkout – There’s no need to stop on your way out. All financial matters will be done prior to your visit and any treatment plans needed will be presented and explained in the operatory during your visit.

Social Distancing – Team members and patients are following social distancing guidelines except as treatment needs dictate. Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients. That might mean that you may temporarily be offered fewer options for scheduling your appointment. In addition, we have added more hours and days to our schedule to accommodate all those appointments we had to cancel.

Limited Visitors – Patient escorts/companions are restricted, unless medically necessary.

Use of Facemasks – Everyone entering must wear a facemask. You don’t have one, no worries, we are sharing ours!! At the time of your appointment, we will be giving you a mask to take.

Clean Office Environment – Our staff has been hard at work to assure you that we will not only continue to do the utmost in regards to our standard disinfectant guidelines but also any new suggested guidelines that have been recommended in order to keep your visit with us as healthy, safe and comfortable as we have in the past!!

We ask that you be understanding while we implement these new guidelines and we look forward to seeing you again soon. We are taking many steps to keep you, and every patient, safe in our practice. To make an appointment, please call our office at 908-852-6626 or visit our website at

Thank you for being our patient. We value your trust and loyalty and look forward to welcoming back our family patients, neighbors, and friends.
